Personal information received by DNP Foundation for Cultural Promotion through this inquiry will be handled as set out below.
- Use of Personal Information
DNP Foundation for Cultural Promotion (hereinafter, "the Foundation") shall use personal information from customers solely for the purpose of responding to customer inquiries.
It shall contact and obtain the consent of that individual should it wish to use the information for any other purpose. - Outsourcing of Personal Information
Handling of personal information for responding to customer inquiries may be outsourced in whole or in part. - Providing Personal Information to Third Parties
The Foundation shall not provide personal information it receives from customers to any third party, other than for the purpose stipulated above. It shall contact and obtain the consent of the customer should it wish to provide the information to a third party. - Possession of Personal Information
The Foundation shall retain personal information from customers for 3 months from the date on which the inquiry was submitted. The said data shall be deleted thereafter. - Inquiries
Questions on the handling of personal information are acceptable through this form.
