The12th Why Not Associates Exhibition

When we designed stamps commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Queen's succession to the throne (5 kinds), our having been appointed meant a combination of the most respected person in the country and the most controversial designers. As a group we were able to produce a high level of originality with a media mix of design and videos as with the Smirnoff Vodka advertisements. The Next (a clothing retail store) mail order catalog was a success because we were not influenced at all by previous methods but appealed to people with our own design language. Why Not Associates
