The title, "Radical Advertisement" may make people think we make advertisements just as we please. With a title like that, such misunderstanding can't be helped but that is not the real intention of Mr.Nakamura's or me. When an idea comes to mind, it is usually made into letters or a picture is drawn to give it reality but what we had to do was present it through the very small opening of why it should be a product or logo. This fortunate or unfortunate way of giving something reality is what a "radical advertisement" is. Now that this exhibition is finished, I do not feel any resistance about the designated product or logo outlet. If I were to put that feeling into words it might be "a radical sense of duty."Masahiko Sato
