I was the one who said that I wanted the title to be "The Graphic Design of Makoto Wada." Otherwise, I thought people would just expect illustrations. While I am an illustrator, my policy is to do the designs for my pictures myself. I also sometimes do designs for pictures and photographs of other people or just the text. In terms of work, therefore, much of it is as a designer. I wanted to publicize that a bit. I will therefore show you many types of work. It may lack unity but that has been my policy. The exhibits have actually been used. For me, this is only natural. Makoto Wada
